Shuttle service is 24/7/365 (depending on Weather conditions), shuttle service will leave top of the hour to Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) and Terminal 2 (Humphrey) and pick up wait times can vary from 15-50 minutes. Upon request - arrange with front desk upon checking in to the hotel, 14 guests max on shuttle and can only be reserved on the day of your scheduled arrival. **Please note our shuttle is shared with a second property. Times to the airport are reserved on a "first come, first served" basis. Upon return shuttle collection is on demand/upon request.

- Security is onsite 11pm-7am everyday. Guests are encouraged to lock vehicle and not leave valuables inside/insight.
-From 7am to 11pm hotel shuttle drivers sit in the lot to secure when they're available/ not busy with anything else.
