Please request and record the cancellation number from the hotel. Failure to call the hotel may result a no-show charge. Please refer to the hotel cancellation policy at the bottom of your Reservation Receipt. This step will process a refund/credit of the amount that you have already paid to ParkSleepFlyHotels.
If your reservation is prepaid in full, you may submit this form to process a refund/credit of the amount you paid to ParkSleepFlyHotels. Please refer to the hotel cancellation policy at the bottom of your Reservation Receipt as refunds cannot be given outside the hotel’s cancellation policy. Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. You are not required to enter a ‘Cancellation Number’ below if (and only if) your reservation is prepaid in full.
